Yoga & Mindfulness Retreats
The Yoga & Mindfulness Retreats are run with Mindfulness Instructor of over 30 years experience, Lorraine Harris who is founder of the Samye Foundation Wales charity for promoting Mindfulness in the community.

Mindfulness is a very powerful technique that can easily be incorporated into your everyday life. The practice of Mindfulnerss can have a profound effect on your physical, mental and spiritual well-being, greatly reducing your stress levels and improving the relationship you have with both yourself and others.
It is no surprise then that this combined with gentle Yoga postures, healing techniques, breathwork and various types of meditation makes for a perfect retreat of total de-stress for Body, Mind and Spirit!
We will learn how to let go of past issues and future worries, and bring ourselves into the present for perfect peace of mind. We will learn how to use various techniques to facilitate this valuable practice and incorporate it into our everyday lives.
The programme has been carefully devised to run through a complete Mindfulness course, providing gentle Yoga practices and breathwork which can enhance and help your practice. We will discuss and learn about all aspects of a healthy lifestyle including healthy eating, philosophy, positive thinking and valuable healing techniques. Handouts will be given covering anything we have discussed and covered during retreat for you to refer to after your return home.

Cost for the weekend all inclusive of meals and board in a 4 bedded room is £200 per person.

Lam Rim Buddhist Centre, Raglan, SE Wales
Lam Rim Buddhist Centre is in Penrhos, near Raglan in South East Wales. It is a quiet Centre set in beautiful grounds, and from the first moment you drive through the gateway you will sense an aura of peace and calm. All meals are home cooked by the house staff using food produced by the Centre's own organic garden. Everyone who visits Lam Rim agrees that it is a truly special place.  10.15am - Personal Space & tea break
