About Meditation
Meditation is a very powerful tool that can be a very difficult practice in these busy lifestyles we have. To know how to meditate and incorporate small changes into your lifestyle, you will be well on the way to being able to stay calm and peaceful through many difficult situations. The practice of meditation teaches us so much about ourselves and our priorities and completely changes our attitudes - and lives.
These changes bring about changes in those around us - how they act towards us and eventually how they act themselves. Buddhists believe that we can't change the world and other people, but by bringing about positive changes in ourselves, we can invoke changes in others. The secret is inside us and not around us.
In my meditation sessions you will learn how we hold on to our ego, afraid to show our inner self, our true being. You will learn how to let your light shine, and by your own regular practice, no matter how small, you will develop into a less stressed and much calmer person.
Meditation Teachers are only here to set you on your path. The rest is up to you!
