Types of Retreats
I run 3 types of retreat at present. Holistic Yoga, Meditation & Healing retreats, Hay-Yoga Personal Healing retreats (with Louise Hay practitioner, Shell Davies), and Yoga & Mindfulness Retreats (with Mindfulness instructor, Lorraine Harris). Beautiful home cooked vegetarian meals, drinks and snacks and comfortable board is included in all retreats. Men and women are welcome - any age & experience!
